Welcome to the course

Welcome to Effortless Self-Discipline.

Thank you for trusting me with your time and money. Over the next 30 days, my aim is to give you at least a 10x return on your investment (and preferably, more than a 100x return).

The goal of this course is to give you a framework to cultivate self-discipline in a way that requires little effort, yet yields impressive results.

While self-discipline is never effortless (nothing is), it’ll feel much easier once you employ all the strategies we’ll discuss over the next few weeks. This is the ideal we’re after: make self-discipline feel so easy that it feels effortless.

Of course, not every day will be smooth sailing. You won’t magically change your life with zero work on your part.

But compared to the traditional “suffer until you can’t take it anymore” approach to self-discipline, you’ll find the techniques we’re about to explore refreshingly simple and manageable.

Please note, though, that this is a COURSE, not a book. I specifically chose this format to emphasize that all the work needs to happen on your end.

The next 30 days are not a fun read you'll forget in a few weeks. It's a course with tasks you need to complete daily or else, the course will be a waste of your time and money.

So let’s explain how this is going to work…

1. The course is drip fed

This means that you receive small chunks every day rather than everything at once. More specifically, each day you get access to only one lesson.

I designed it this way to avoid a common, ineffective way of studying where a student binge consumes all the content only to get overwhelmed and take no action. This is often the case with books.

I don’t want this to happen to you. So, one day = one lesson.

I suggest adding this website to your bookmarks (or keep it open in a tab) to easily access it every day.

For your convenience, today you’ll see Day 1 and Day 2. Then tomorrow you’ll get access to Day 3. This way you’ll be able to prepare for the next day the day before if you want.

2. The core philosophy of the course is simplicity

I won’t ask you to read thousands of words a day. You can study each lesson in less than ten minutes. Then you’re asked to perform one task. This is KEY to success.

I know that you’re busy and that you’ve invested in this course because it’s accessible to an average human being, not a Navy SEAL commando. This is why I won’t dominate your schedule for the next 30 days. We’re all about efficiency here.

If you want more, I also offer a worksheet for each lesson. Taking action is always your main job. If you have time and are willing, completing each worksheet can further help you progress.

3. Use this course for accountability

Each day, you can use the comments section to share your thoughts on the lesson, be accountable and interact with other students.

You can also ask your questions. This way your question and my answer can provide value to other students, too. While I'm NOT a therapist or a coach or any kind of a guru promising rainbows and unicorns, I can help you with my personal input as a friend invested in your personal growth.

If you have any other questions you don't want to post publicly, you can always email me at [email protected].

Again, I’m very thankful to have you as a part of this course. I’ll do my best to equip you with the right tools to make self-discipline your friend, and not an enemy as it might have been until now.
